When requesting an appointment with us, please understand that we are an outpatient facility. We provide a wide range of medical, surgical, dental, and regenerative care services. However, patients requiring advanced specialty care, emergency services, 24-hour monitoring, or hospitalization may be referred to a nearby emergency or specialty hospital to ensure they receive the highest level of care.
Cancellation or no show policy: To help us provide timely care for all of our patients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments that are missed without notice (no-show) or canceled with less than 24hours notice will be assessed a $95 fee. This fee helps offset the reserved appointment time that could have been offered to another patient in need of care.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have an unexpected situation, please contact our team as soon as possible.
