• All services are by appointment only.
  • We are an outpatient clinic. We are not an emergency hospital.
  • We do not have 24-hour or overnight emergency care or staff on site.
  • We see all dogs and cats. Please call our office for information about other small animals.

If you have an urgent case needing same-day attention, we may refer you to another emergency facility, depending on our current schedule.

We have 1 to 2 California-licensed veterinarians on staff each day. We are happy and eager to see you and your pet for your pet’s needs. Please understand that appointment slots fill quickly. If you call for an urgent care appointment, we may have to refer you to another veterinary hospital so your pet can receive the urgent care it needs.

During your appointment, our client service team will ask for your information, including your driver’s license or ID card, your date of birth, and place of employment. If you are not prepared to provide this information, your appointment will not be completed.

Our skilled technical team will obtain all information about your pet’s symptoms and work alongside our veterinarian. The entire team will do its best to treat your pet with dignity and care.

We understand that financial constraints can determine the level of care for your pet. Our team will provide you with the best recommended care, including a treatment plan tailored to your budget. We will provide the best possible outcome.
